\”Creep\” Remix by Mariah Parks & BB The Jerk \”American Slang\” (Official Music Video) – YouTube

Hello,

My name is Mariah Parks and I am an 18 year old highschool graduate. I recently produced a music video based on Anti Bullying. I would love for you to share this link on your site or any way that you can. A video like this can change a life, the possibilities are endless. Bullying is a world wide issue… And this is how we can stop it. We can all be the force to inspire unity, we just have to do something about it. Please help take a stand against bullying and watch this video. Please help me make a difference. Thank you so much,

Mariah Parks.

ONLY IN AMERICA!

(July 2012)–Whenever there is an election involving a seat in Congress or in the White House, you can bet your bottom dollar it will be a big year for federal grants to be given out. Even though the national debt is $16 trillion and climbing, the “Washington Elite” doesn’t care; after all, it is not their money they are spending.

For example, in May, a list of 25 towns across the United States receiving funds to help pay firemen’s salaries or rehire them was released. The funds were awarded through the Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) program of the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), a program that provides $400 million in grants nationwide for rehiring laid-off firefighters and retaining those whose jobs are in jeopardy due to budget constraints.”

Some of the local communities that received funds from that program in May were Gloucester City ($598,000), Camden City ($5 million), Passaic ($1.5 million), and Scranton, PA ($8 million).

CNBNEWS | FEBRUARY 2012 CHEERS AND JEERS

BY BILL CLEARY

(cnbnews.net) JEER-A study by NJ State Comptroller Matthew Boxer discovered that some municipalities \"6a00d8341bf7d953ef0105369fbfbd970c-320wi\" are overpaying for employees health insurance. Boxer’s report found that insurance brokers working for Essex and three other local governments — the townships of Brick, East Brunswick and Haddon Township — charged $1 million in fees between 2009 and 2010. The state health plan doesn’t levy those fees and charges less because it has more people in its system, the report said.

One of the insurance companies that have benefited is Conner Strong which is run by South Jersey Political Boss George Norcross III.

JEER-Imagine if Ron Paul announced a national campaign called ‘Whites for Ron Paul’ – he’d be vilified as a racist. Yet Barack Obama has done the equivalent of precisely that with his launch of ‘African Americans for Obama’. Obama is urging black people to pressure churches into supporting his administration by getting his message out via \”the faith community.\” He also calls on black voters to become \”congregation captains\”. What happened to his campaign promise to unite our country be they black or white. Not only is Obama playing the race card in an attempt to pressure black Americans into voting for him, he is also violating the separation between church and state.

CHEER-Pam Jenkinson, who has been a volunteer for many civic organizations in Brooklawn, was the recipient of a Community Award given to Outstanding Residents that contribute to the good of the community. \”If you want to live in a great place, come here to Brooklawn\” Jenkinson said.
